Terms & Conditions

Bookings & Deposits

A £15 non-refundable deposit is required to secure each appointment.

Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Full payment is due upon completion of service. 

The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment. 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

​Cancelling an appointment within 48hrs will result in loss of deposit.

If you cancel, with less than 24 hours notice, 100% of appointment cost will be charged.

 

Clients who fail to attend their appointment (no shows) will also lose their deposit and be charged the full cost of service. 

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure that you receive your full treatment.

If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced accordingly, and the full treatment fee will still apply. 

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled at the therapist's discretion and your deposit will be forfeited. 

Payments

The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.

Payments can be made via cash or card payment. 

Health & Consultation

Please complete your consultation form honestly and inform your therapist of any medical conditions or changes to your health before your treatment. 

The therapist reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
